LEGO HOUSES FOR EVERYONE!

"While the outlook remains gloomy for much of Britain's property market, here's a house that should brighten things up.

's colourful Lego home, complete with a fully plumbed Lego loo, bath and giant bed, is finally taking shape.

If building work goes to plan, it will be the world's first full-size house made entirely from Lego - and the Top Gear presenter has promised to live in it."

SUGAR AND SPAGETTI

These two tablecloths by Laura Pokela, called Sugar & Spagetti, was presentad at the Design Forum Finland during Helsinki Design Week.

They are so simple, but still so modern and interesting. Could stare at them for hours. The spagetti one must have taken ages to draw!
(And they match my banner perfectly)

THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ANYTHING. BUT IM SO DISTURBED I NEED TO SHOW IT...

The horse is my favourite :D

Poor fucking poodles...

TREE URINAL

Designed by Joa Herrenknecht, here's an outdoor urinal that communicates with mens natural needs. To act like dogs.
No, seriously.
Everyone piss on trees anyway, why not provide a more hygenic option? And add a a few bullseyes to that ceramic stem and they will be kept entertained for the night!

STEEL VELCRO

Normal velcro gives me the creeps, but this stuff is mental!
Invented by German Engineers at the Technical University of Munich, it works exactly like the normal stuff. Except for one tiny detail: It can hold up to 7 tonnes!

ITS THE SMALL THINGS IN LIFE

...like when you buy a new sleek pair of reeboks, and in the shoe box you find a bag full of shoelaces, in all the colours of the rainbow.
*sigh*
That is happiness.

90 DEGREE LAMP

Great example of thinking outside the box. Or inside the box.. square.. room.
So simple, yet so brilliant.
"This visually provocative design by Ji Young Shon is intended not only to save space but also to make it possible to turn corners into more creative places."

DUCT TAPE PURSE

Coco Chanel meets Home Depo.
Not sure how the actual product look and feels like, but on the pic it just looks silvery and luxurious. Really hope it is real duct tape they have used.
Not sure I would want one but the idea sure is brilliant. And that they went with the holepunched holes with the chain to give references to the oh-so-fashionable Chanel bags: hot.
Little black tag on the top ruins the fashion statement though. But for god sake, its a bag made out of duct tape.
